Administration of Recreation and Leisure Services

This course provides students with an understanding of organizational and operational systems and processes associated with the recreation profession. Course topics include organizational models, customer service, business communication, planning and decision-making, the hiring process, labour management relations, employment legislation, and human resource management theories and practices.
