Description

In this course, students will learn how their lives can be enhanced by an active and healthy lifestyle. This course will motivate students to make healthy choices and provide them with the necessary knowledge to make positive behavioural changes. To feel our best, to protect ourselves from degenerative diseases, and to enjoy the highest quality of life, we need to place health and wellness among our top priorities. Topics such as nutrition, principles of physical fitness, stress, and prevention of specific diseases will be discussed.
