Introduction to Business Management
Description
In this course, students will discover a business in Canada and will focus on the areas and practices of the basics of business management. Through a combination of lecture and application-based exercises, students will study the relationships between the business areas of finance, human resources, marketing, and operations, discuss legal issues, business ethics, and social responsibility, and apply management concepts and practices all while running their own virtual business in a simulated environment.
