Inventory and Materials Management

In this course, students will explore management processes related to production planning, materials requirements planning, and inventory management. Students will coordinate related management processes and disciplines in order to determine the optimum combination of rate of production, workforce, materials requirements, and inventory on hand to meet the needs of the customer.
