Managerial Communications

In this course, students will learn the importance and relevance of different forms and methods of business communication. The students will also be able to learn different methods and techniques used in formal and informal business communication and be able to select and apply an appropriate communication methodology in a given business situation. Special emphasis will be placed on developing appropriate business language skills (spelling, grammar, punctuation, voice, and tone).
