Marketing and Social Media Analytics

Description

In this course, students will examine the key tools and methodologies used to examine data from various sources, find patterns, trends, and anomalies. Social media, customer engagement, and new market opportunities will be critically and strategically examined using social media data and market research. Students will examine various methods of program evaluation, data analysis, data collection and data cleaning to explore methods of measuring engagement, impact, affinity, relationships, and insights in a variety of settings. Students will explore and use some of the leading data and web analytics tools to gather data and compile various metrics.
