Organizational Behaviour

In this course, students will explore the discipline of organizational behaviour, through which they will be exposed to various models for understanding, predicting, explaining, and influencing individual and group behaviour in the workplace. The development of skills focuses on practice-based applications in the context of furthering organizational objectives.
