Personal Caregiver (Formally Fundamentals of Caregiving)

Description

NEW! Part-Time Studies has partnered with SPARK U at Spark Lifecare to offer an exciting new course (program) in Fundamentals of Caregiving.
 
This course is designed to help you, as a current or future caregiver, to improve personally and professionally – equipping you with the knowledge and skills to provide high quality care in a community setting. The course will explore the traits of a successful caregiver and will focus on foundational knowledge, including health and wellness, boundaries and caregiver burnout.

Admission Requirements

You may enroll in a Continuing Education course at Canadore College if you are 19 years of age or older or if you have earned an Ontario Secondary School Diploma/Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent.
